Delete branch "fix-91-wikify"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This fixes the wikifying of links, as reported in #91. Additionally, this contains a few small fixes I came across when looking for this bug.

Updated to latest master and merged :-)
