In #85, page deletion for admins is implemented. In a comment, I wrote:

Should we really delete pages? Or mark them as deleted and allow an admin to view a list of deleted pages? Probably a separate discussion that should not block this merge, though.

If we think this is a good idea, we should implement it (and most of the deletion infrastructure can be kept, just the actual deletion would be swapped out for a mark-as-deleted).
