Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
After an article has passed the review stage publication should only be possible by the user who created the page or by admin users
One complication here is that we do not currently store the user that created an article (the Author field is just a free-form text field). This is probably easy to add and might be helpful for other usecases too.
