Delete branch "article-add-excerpt"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This allows adding an excerpt to each peer reviewed article. Now, this
excerpt is only shown to logged in users, but it is intended to show on
e.g. tag index pages, the frontpage, generated e-mails, search results,
etc.
This PR contains just the first commit from #290, leaving the "featured image" commits in that PR for further improvement and review. Without objections, I intend to merge this PR soon, probably tomorrow, as a first step towards #298.
