When anyone unsubscribes to a mailinglist, this is not logged anywhere. So no notifications, no status unsubscribed. It would be wise to think about a way of logging unsubscriptions.

GDPR does not aloow to keep this data, but I do think that people that maintain a site should be able to inform themeselves about who subscribes, but also ablout who unsubscribes.
