Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Non-ASCII characters in e-mail subjects are rejected by some e-mail providers, and seem to be penalized by spamassassin. One example of this is "geüpdate" in the subject in on of the notification e-mails.
This should probably be fixed by encoding these non-ascii values in some way (perhaps some MIME encoding or quoted-printable, etc.).
This might be somewhat related to #191 (in the sense that they both relate to the details of the e-mail specifications).
